Bob Tomlin was my service guy this past Thursday. I have known him over 14 years. I went from one Kia Rio (14 years), to my second one that I bought last October because of a car accident. To be h I have known him over 14 years. I went from one Kia Rio (14 years), to my second one that I bought last October because of a car accident. To be honest, if I didn't have the accident, I would still be driving the first Kia. I never had transmission or engine problems, just the normal wear and tear with over 150,000 miles. Bob has never lied to me about work needed and many times after a tire rotation and oil change, I was told that every thing was fine, nothing else needed. I drove a Saturn for years and every time I took it in for anything, there was always, always a huge expensive repair. It is a blessing to be able to call Bob Tomlin, tell him my concerns, if I have any, bring my car in to the dealership and know I will not be cheated just because I am a woman, but will always be treated with dignity and respect. All women who want reliability and honesty when it comes to buying or maintain their car, go to Coastal Kia, they are trustworthy. More
