Very slow to just change oil. Also charges were not explained. That would have been good since I didn't understand the terms used to explain services. More

Not happy with service every time car goes in there is a problem then there all ways tell me they never had this problem with any other car will not be using them and not recommend anyone to use them More

Mr. Garriss, we apologize additional repairs were required on your 2019 Kia Sorento with 114,000 miles. As discussed, the coils were seized and some came apart during your authorized repair.
