Darren and the others on the team were helpful when I returned after a routine oil change and my wiper fluid wasn’t working. I thought the fluid was empty but they determined a hose in the fender was dis returned after a routine oil change and my wiper fluid wasn’t working. I thought the fluid was empty but they determined a hose in the fender was disconnected. We set up an appointment to fix it. Darren kindly let me know that if debris or critters were the cause of the house coming loose they’d have to charge for the repair and it’s not covered under the warranty. I’m glad to know that. My husband was able to fix it and discovered lea oak leaf debris and evidence of a suspected squirrel having been there. I am grateful they told me the truth and that we were able to fix it ourselves. I’m sorry I jumped to the conclusion that the technician failed to refill the wiper fluid. More

Dealership was excellent with a 4-Hour turnaround time for all the recall work that was done as well as an oil change and check over. Also impressed that the dealership did not try to upsell us on expensi for all the recall work that was done as well as an oil change and check over.
