Came in for a recall on a Monday with a confirmed appointment via web site. Arrived 1/2 hour early and was told my appointment was not in the system and the part had not been ordered. My service advisor Sam Weisman told me to come back in on Thursday, no appointment, by 10 am and he would take care of it. I did, and he did. I was told maybe 2 hrs to fix the issue and do an oil change. I was out in 1 hour! Way to go, Sam!! More
The service was fast. free wash was just spraying car down with water from results. Took them a few mins to find my car when done. Darren and the others on the team were helpful when I returned after a routine oil change and my wiper fluid wasn’t working. I thought the fluid was empty but they determined a hose in the fender was dis returned after a routine oil change and my wiper fluid wasn’t working. I thought the fluid was empty but they determined a hose in the fender was disconnected. We set up an appointment to fix it. Darren kindly let me know that if debris or critters were the cause of the house coming loose they’d have to charge for the repair and it’s not covered under the warranty. I’m glad to know that. My husband was able to fix it and discovered lea oak leaf debris and evidence of a suspected squirrel having been there. I am grateful they told me the truth and that we were able to fix it ourselves. I’m sorry I jumped to the conclusion that the technician failed to refill the wiper fluid. More
Jury is still out been there twice waiting each time around 2 and a half hours. Nothing has been fixed apparently a difficult issue to diagnose.
