Darren and the others on the team were helpful when I returned after a routine oil change and my wiper fluid wasn’t working. I thought the fluid was empty but they determined a hose in the fender was dis returned after a routine oil change and my wiper fluid wasn’t working. Darren kindly let me know that if debris or critters were the cause of the house coming loose they’d have to charge for the repair and it’s not covered under the warranty. I’m glad to know that. My husband was able to fix it and discovered lea oak leaf debris and evidence of a suspected squirrel having been there. I am grateful they told me the truth and that we were able to fix it ourselves. I’m sorry I jumped to the conclusion that the technician failed to refill the wiper fluid. More

Jury is still out been there twice waiting each time around 2 and a half hours. Nothing has been fixed apparently a difficult issue to diagnose. Going back for a third time with an other part ordered. M around 2 and a half hours. Nothing has been fixed apparently a difficult issue to diagnose.
