The service was fast. free wash was just spraying car down with water from results. Took them a few mins to find my car when done. Came in for a recall on a Monday with a confirmed appointment via web site. Arrived 1/2 hour early and was told my appointment was not in the system and the part had not been ordered. My service ad appointment via web site. Arrived 1/2 hour early and was told my appointment was not in the system and the part had not been ordered. My service advisor Sam Weisman told me to come back in on Thursday, no appointment, by 10 am and he would take care of it. I did, and he did. I was told maybe 2 hrs to fix the issue and do an oil change. I was out in 1 hour! Way to go, Sam!! More
