The Works - Oil Change I had a good experience at Coastal Kia. Everyone explained real well what was happening and gave me an estimate of how long it would take before they I had a good experience at Coastal Kia. Everyone explained real well what was happening and gave me an estimate of how long it would take before they would be done. The lady in the waiting center was attentive. Only issue I would say is the est time of completion was longer than I was told. I was told about 50 minutes to an hour and I was in there for an hour and 45 minutes. But no complaints overall. More
