Coastal Kia - Service Center

By far the best service department I have ever been to I have always tried to take my car for service at the dealership where I have bought my cars. Coastal KIA outshines them all. I now take my Nissan there because I wasn't happy with the service at the Nissan dealership in town. Can't say enough good things about them all. More

Best employee ever Sam Weisman works in the service center and is the best person/employee that I have ever met in this service. He is a very understanding person when you have a problem with your vehicle. The prices are very reasonable for a dealer ship. The only thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that it can take a while to get things done there some times. But that is how it goes with these thing and they don’t sale trucks. More

They did ok. Everytime I come I ask them to vaccum the car when the wash it ,it seems to be a problem. They NEVER do it. I would have even paid for them to do it. Friendly staff and GREAT service! My experience with Coastal Kia has been good from the very start. My salesman was Kelvin and he was great. He was very personable and knowledgeable and negotiated on my behalf to get the best deal! I will definitely recommend him to any friends who are thinking about buying a Kia. I came in for service over the weekend and Michael took care of me in the Service Department. He was very efficient and just a nice guy. He told me it might be a while and that I could use the shuttle service if I would prefer not to wait in the waiting room. I did use the shuttle and when I got my car back it was squeaky clean!! Great service! :) Kelly was the gentleman that gave me the shuttle ride to Mayfaire while my car was being updated.. I really enjoyed talking with him while we drove there. He was such a happy & personable person and when I called for a return ride, he was very quick. Everybody I crossed paths with at Coastal Kia was a pleasure to talk to and work with. Customer Service is HUGE in my books and they did an outstanding job! More

Scheduled service for Mfg. recalls. Contacted dealer to schedule necessary services due to product recalls. Set the appointment, dropped off the vehicle at the end of the day.
