My experience at Coastal was pleasant in terms of the ease of scheduling my vehicle's recall, timeliness of the appointment, and friendliness/efficiency of the staff. However, even though I am the one who scheduled the appointment, and the one who brought the car, and the ONLY driver of the car - Coastal Kia continues to address everything to my husband, Patrick Webb. We are BOTH on the loan, and our salesman, Ever, was very aware that this purchase was for me. I would appreciate it if Coastal Kia would take the time and consideration to schedule the appointments under the appropriate name and address emails correctly. When I arrived for my appointment, and they asked my name - I told them Jessica, and they said there was no appointment for that name. They then asked my last name, and when I said Webb, they said, "Patrick?" The appointment never should've been booked under my husband's name, because my husband literally never spoke with anyone about the recall, the appointment, or any other issue. More

And (knock on wood) this vehicle has only needed one repair (alternator) in 110,000 miles of ownership. Nothing else has broken. More
