Coastal Kia - Service Center

Would make the drive again for future services. Great team I had purchased my Kia in CA, and driven across to NC. I had a choice between going to a dealership in Myrtle Beach (closer to me) , and the Wilmingt I had purchased my Kia in CA, and driven across to NC. I had a choice between going to a dealership in Myrtle Beach (closer to me) , and the Wilmington one. The drive was over an hour and I hit construction traffic, so was a little late for my appt. This was on a Friday, and they were good enough to keep me in on the schedule. Seems that it was an unusually busy day and it took a long time, but their waiting area was large, clean and had coffee/vending/snacks,/wifi...so it was no real hardship. Howard did a follow up call and email with me after the service as well. More

Excellent service, took a little longer to get what I needed done, wasn’t aware there was a recall on my vehicle but it was taken care of. Fantastic experience. Blows all other dealers I have experienced out of the water. I have had unresolved issues with my Kia since I purchased it. Then I went to coastal Kia and they resolved the iss experienced out of the water. I have had unresolved issues with my Kia since I purchased it.
