Pointless I went in for warranty work. I told them It was an intermittent problem. They said they could duplicate it. Which I do not believe because my transmis I went in for warranty work. I told them It was an intermittent problem. They said they could duplicate it. Which I do not believe because my transmission shutters AT LEAST once in a 10 mile period. They would not do a loaner car which according to KIA USA they are supposed to for warranty work. All together xxxxty experience. The only thing positive I could say was at least they were polite about not doing their job. More

Very attentive service managers The appt setting, follow-up emails and text, greeting at the car and professionalism of the staff of impressive. Parts ordered quickly and on time.
