I have gone in 3 times for a cylinder 4 engine misfire. The first time they did nothing and my the second time they only ordered a part. Approximately 2-3 weeks go by and they finally offer to let me rent a car, when they previously said they do not do that. Basically I had been driving my car for 3 weeks with a bad engine and no A/C.
