The visit was fine, although It seems like I am there every month with new recalls for my 2023 Telluride. Employees are friendly and the facility is clean. My only complaint is the lack of services included once you purchase a new vehicle. I am used to having free oil change /tire rotation/alignment for the first 5yrs or 100k miles with Toyota. Kia doesn't provide alignment even when they are the ones doing the rotations, I believe that service should be provided. It is not going to break their bank but it would show customer appreciation after expending new vehicle prices right now. More
