Bob Tomlin was my service guy this past Thursday. I have known him over 14 years. I went from one Kia Rio (14 years), to my second one that I bought last October because of a car accident. To be h I have known him over 14 years. I went from one Kia Rio (14 years), to my second one that I bought last October because of a car accident. To be honest, if I didn't have the accident, I would still be driving the first Kia. I never had transmission or engine problems, just the normal wear and tear with over 150,000 miles. Bob has never lied to me about work needed and many times after a tire rotation and oil change, I was told that every thing was fine, nothing else needed. I drove a Saturn for years and every time I took it in for anything, there was always, always a huge expensive repair. It is a blessing to be able to call Bob Tomlin, tell him my concerns, if I have any, bring my car in to the dealership and know I will not be cheated just because I am a woman, but will always be treated with dignity and respect. All women who want reliability and honesty when it comes to buying or maintain their car, go to Coastal Kia, they are trustworthy. More

Since 2020, Coastal KIA has provided my family and I outstanding service, and we thank you. Although I fear leaving someone out from this last weekend's service, I'll give it a shot anyway. I called Mr. Tomlin late last week from the road, seeking any early appointment Saturday (3/8) and he gladly fit me in, stating he wouldn't be working Saturday, but I'd be in good hands none-the-less. Upon entering, Mr. Nelson & Mr. Weisman greeted me by name, although both were involved with other customers at the time (oh, and although they weren't there Saturday, both Mr. Wigger & Mr. Kirschner always makes a point to greet me). Mr. Gorkey stepped in and asked if he could be of service, and he patiently listened to my concerns, assuring me he'd take care of everything AND throw in a free car wash! Ed was the shuttle driver that day and he graciously gave me a lift home...and again back to the dealership later in the day when I called. I appreciate his kindness and help, as do I David (who has given me rides in the past). Ms. Best was the one who called me later in the day to inform me my car was ready, and upon arrival, Mr. Gorkey checked me out. The result? No charge!...AND a free car wash! I could, should say more, but alas...I've got to get back to work myself! All that to say, "Thank you!" for your professionalism, your customer service, your clean & friendly facility, and fresh coffee! You've got my business! Blessings to the Coastal KIA family in 2025.
