The service was fantastic, however the only issue I have is w/ the overall Kia policy. I reside in NJ and early in 2021 I received a recall notice from Kia regarding an engine issue. When I brought it in, t is w/ the overall Kia policy. I reside in NJ and early in 2021 I received a recall notice from Kia regarding an engine issue. When I brought it in, they determined I needed a new engine which was installed with no issues. During a trip from NJ to NC, the check engine light came on and considering I was about 500 miles from home, I felt it necessary to have the vehicle checked out considering the engine was just replaced about 4-5 weeks earlier. Was told I had to pay for a diagnostic fee IF the issue was determined to not be from the engine replacement. 500 miles from home, what do I do? Checked it out, determined the fuel sensor was bad and that is what caused the check engine light to come on. Btw, I told the Kia Dealer in Jersey (Burlington) about the fuel sensor issue so it was already known. $150ish bucks later, I was on my way. The service team was great, a little annoyed about having to play Russian Roulette with my car/check engine light 500 miles from home. More
