The dealership people were very nice and the fact that they waited for the part for my car for 1 1/2 months and had my car for that length of time wasn't the dealerships fault. It was Kia's fault for not they waited for the part for my car for 1 1/2 months and had my car for that length of time wasn't the dealerships fault. It was Kia's fault for not getting the part to the dealership sooner. Also another fault of Kia was the fact that Kia doesn't have loner cars so I had to rent a car again for that period of time. (1 1/2 months). My 3rd complaint is that I wanted to trade in my 2017 Rio with only 7,000 miles for a Soul. I wanted Kia to pay the balance on the Rio or use it as a trade in and was told I owed too much on the Rio. My whole experience with Kia was very disappointing. I do ask that you forward this to your copperate headquarters More
