I would like to give a better rating because I know how hard working the mechanics are, however, it took Kia SIX MONTHS to repair my recall-related issue. When I finally got my car back, the cruise control hard working the mechanics are, however, it took Kia SIX MONTHS to repair my recall-related issue. When I finally got my car back, the cruise control no longer worked (I was told this is unrelated to the engine recall and was quoted $300 to repair this- it worked before Kia repaired my engine though!!), and also the car now makes a loud noise (sounds like a belt of some kind of whining- I asked about this when I took it back to have cruise control looked at, was told engine “was fine” without any other explanation). More

I brought the car in for a warranty repair. The visit went well and a new part was installed. The staff was friendly and competent and I was well treated at Kia. I am not sure that all is well yet sinc went well and a new part was installed. The staff was friendly and competent and I was well treated at Kia. I am not sure that all is well yet since my issue was one of an intermittent failure so it will take a while to be sure that the problem is fixed. But, based on my recent visit, I am confident that Coastal Kia will make every effort to complete the job More
We purchased our KIA Sorento in 2017 and the car has performed perfectly for us, and that is not just the quality of the car but, more importantly, the quality of the service department. We purchased the KIA from one of the sales reps, and would buy another KIA from this dealer again because of their outstanding service department -- setting up times for service, completing all regular service and warranty service in a timely fashion. Our main contact with service has been through Bob Tomlin, who has always been helpful, and, as far as we are concerned, walks on water. More
