I had a 10:00 appointment to get a brake light looked at. At 11:45 I went up to the desk to ask when they were going to pull my car in. As I had been waiting over an hour and 45 minutes. The guy told me that At 11:45 I went up to the desk to ask when they were going to pull my car in. As I had been waiting over an hour and 45 minutes. The guy told me that I was still between the window of 10 to 12:30. I had no idea that window meant they didn’t have to look at the car until 12:30. That’s totally ludicrous! Why make an appointment then? Anyway he told me they were pulling the car in now of which was a lie because 15 minutes later and the car still wasn’t being serviced. More
