I went in still under warranty and paid $179. 00 for them to tell me I needed a new battery. I was quoted $100.00 for the diagnostic fee. So I was charged more than quoted. They also could not tell me why when I went in for the same problem before, they didn't tell me I needed a new battery. They also did not charge me for that 1st visit but I was charged for the second. More

Gary in the service department did a great job going to bat for me when I was unhappy with the response I was getting from the management team.
