Tony K. in the service department more than likely saved my life (or at the very least, an accident) by diagnosing a problem I was experiencing with my steer in the service department more than likely saved my life (or at the very least, an accident) by diagnosing a problem I was experiencing with my steering wheel. Being as how it isn't a Kia, I had to get it to another dealership for service under warranty and was concerned about driving it because the steering wheel felt as though it was about to "wobble" off! When Tony looked at it he said I should definitely have it towed. I took his advice. The dealership that fixed it said he was 100% correct and that I most likely would not have made it to Jacksonville NC without incident. The washer that keeps the steering wheel on was not tight and the more I drove it, the worse it got. I'm grateful that Tony gave me an honest evaluation and I was able to share it with the dealership to remedy the problem quickly. Thanks, Tony!! More

I have been waiting two months for a repair on my car that I purchased in July. They keep telling me that they’ve ordered the parts but the wrong parts keep coming in so they keep ordering more parts. If that I purchased in July. If the numbers are correct in what they’ve told me, they have now ordered five times! How patient is a customer expected to be? I’m tired of hearing they’ve ordered parts. I want my car fixed, as promised. At this point, I just feel like they never really intended to fix it, they just wanted me to think they were going to. I’m really starting to get upset. As far as the salesman and the actual sale of the car, that went great. Steve was very professional and very polite. However, I did not like the guy that did the paperwork.(The guy that does the loan work) He was very short in speaking with us and acted very annoyed that he was having to stay past 6 o’clock to finish signing papers. It’s a good thing that he was not my salesman because I would have left and never bought the car. More

I went in still under warranty and paid $179. 00 for them to tell me I needed a new battery. I was quoted $100.00 for the diagnostic fee. So I was charged more than quoted.
