Only problem was when I called to schedule the service, the main Phone Operator while attempting to transfer me to the Service Dept. disco personnel. I had an appointment for an oil change and I arrived on time but after sitting there for an hour my car was still not in the shop so explain to me why I need to make an appointment when they don’t honor th time but after sitting there for an hour my car was still not in the shop so explain to me why I need to make an appointment when they don’t honor them!!! I work 70-80 hours a week so when I have an appointment I need for it to be honored cause my time is just as valuable as theirs and I should not have to sit there waiting on them on my only day off. I have had issues with this dealership before and I don’t plan on going back!!! I actually left there that day and went elsewhere and got my oil changed without an appointment and got in and out within 30 minutes. So no more going to coastal kia to sit and waste my time!!! More
