My experience started when I walked to the door close to Kia I had two doors on the passenger side that would not open one that was a recall one that was not the steps to get the recall took over a year pro Kia I had two doors on the passenger side that would not open one that was a recall one that was not the steps to get the recall took over a year process not the fault of coastal Kia but when all things settled in a new service manager reviewed my information I walked in a year later job was done as promised car was washed reviewed inspected and I walked out a very happy customer I live in Washington DC my car service in Wilmington North Carolina that should tell you a little bit about how great their service is More
