I went for a recall. They fixed that. When I got my car back 7 hours later(they only swapped out a fuse) my gps date and time were messed up. It still says it’s January o They fixed that. I went back inside to talk to Bob. I went to his desk and stood there patiently because he was on the phone. When he got off the phone he looked right over me, went around me and said who’s next, and proceeded to help someone else. The other guy who sits right beside Bob was also on the phone, but he tried to help me. I They don’t know how to fix it. My car did not have any problems when I went there for the recall, and now it does. When I was leaving they made some downgrading comments about how old my car was(it’s 2014). I am in graduate school and need a reliable car. I found one(the one I have) it’s perfect, but now after getting the recall fixed at Coastal Kia of Wilmington, NC it has issues. More

Very upset with your dealership. I came. To have my tire checked- rotated and oil changed. You did not put filter back or gasket back correctly and I had oil leaking. On the road I h I came. On the road I had an engine overheat light and when I talked to you wa stood oh it’s just a computer glitch. It happened twice. We had to go to Valvoline to have then re do the oil filter. Your service center completely messed it up. Not only will I never go back- I want a refund and will share a negative review. In addition- you said my titanium rim was bent and you would bang it out? Really? Not safe and but warranteed. Not safe. I am shocked how unprofessional My experience was. Would like my money reimbursed for my follow up with Valvoline and now will Have to go to my local dealer to ensure everything is ok. More

They were ready to service my car upon arrival. I was able to take the van driven by David to a mall while my car was being serviced. Once it was done they called and I called David and within 30 I was able to take the van driven by David to a mall while my car was being serviced.
