My Granddaughter took her car in for oil Charge and Alignment. Everything was fine except I've paid for some expensive package that was supposed to cover maintenance for years. I returned after the pu Alignment. Everything was fine except I've paid for some expensive package that was supposed to cover maintenance for years. I returned after the purchase of a 2024 4 runner with 2000 miles on it and asked for a clearer explanation of what I bought. Really wanted to sit down with someone who will have the patience, to explain it in detail but another gentleman tried to explain how I have a 74, 000 loan, we traded a Rav 4. I just need this in simpler terms and what it actually covers. The best Employees in your company are Sam & Bob in the Maintenace. facility. Clone them and give them a raise. They know what Customer Service is! More

Proactive notification on a recall. I really appreciated that. They did a free alignment as well, hand washed my car when they were finished. The tech kept me posted as to the servic I really appreciated that. They did a free alignment as well, hand washed my car when they were finished. The tech kept me posted as to the service progress along the way. And a big surprise, someone came through the service waiting area with cupcakes, yes, i said cupcakes! I can honestly say that has never happened to me before. Awesome! More
