Disappointing I was led to believe I was leasing a brand new car with 11 miles on it. We worked out a deal and when I finally got the car it had 311 miles on it. Peggy had a sarcastic attitude when she told me I was in the business and I should know better.They should have offered me a replacement vehicle with the same equipment and colors. I found the Coastal Kia dealer and made an online appointment. Once arriving, staff was very friendly and offered me free shuttle service while I waited. Customer service lounge was comfortable with complimentary snacks, drinks, WiFi, TV etc. Not only did they complete the immediate recall service but they researched some past ones and addressed them.as well. Even washed the car for me and pulled it up to the door. Great service. Recommend them to anyone More
