They provided me a detailed report of what repairs or serviceable things they recommend to get fixed with PICTURES of the actual parts. This is awesome and above and beyond. The front desk service men are kind and understanding and did their best to get me in and out. Lastly the car wash is a total bonus! More

Great Job Again Guys!! Our driver side wheel well plastic hub came loose and was rubbing on the tire. It was making a terrible noise, we were afraid to drive it, my husband Our driver side wheel well plastic hub came loose and was rubbing on the tire. It was making a terrible noise, we were afraid to drive it, my husband tried to put some of the push buttons in to keep it place, well nothing was going to work except get it to Coastal Kia and let them repair it!! When we took it in there was a rock in our ball bearings also. So they fixed that, replaced the wheel well and we were out of there on our way back home!! It was just that simple!! :) More
