Couldn't be happier Sam was very prompt with greeting me even though it was rather busy at the moment. Service I entered the service dept for an oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle inspection. I was immediately asked in a very rude tone, "Did you fix any of I entered the service dept for an oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle inspection. I was immediately asked in a very rude tone, "Did you fix any of the things we told you to fix last time you were here?" Your inspection is overdue, did you get an inspection? You know they won't send you the registration without it." I told them that I had in fact had an inspection and that I was waiting for the sticker in the mail. I was told again that they wouldn't send the registration to me. I waited an hour and a half which was okay with me. I was told I needed all of my brakes redone. When I got home, my brother went to look at the car. The tires were all in the same locations they were in previously. The tires were never rotated so I'd say it's safe to assume my brakes were never looked at either. Very disappointed in the service department. More
