Mr. Weisman was careful to explain everything that was going to be done to keep my Kia Soul in compliance with my warranty and also exactly what each phase of the work would cost. He carefully answered all of my questions and was very patient and helpful in trying to explain everything I asked about. The shuttle driver was quick to respond and was courteous and polite as well as being a very careful driver on a rainy, messy afternoon. Disappointing I was led to believe I was leasing a brand new car with 11 miles on it. We worked out a deal and when I finally got the car it had 311 miles on it. They offered for me to bring back the car with no offer of replacement. Peggy had a sarcastic attitude when she told me I was in the business and I should know better.They should have offered me a replacement vehicle with the same equipment and colors. When I spoke to the salesman he offered me 3 vehicles that I did not want.Poor customer service. More
