Total satisfaction. My wife and I stopped by Coastal Kia on Saturday and met our salesman Mike. He was friendly but not pushy like most car salesmen. He took us to see all of the cars on the lot driving us around in a golf cart. Everyone was so helpful and cheerful. Even the owner was there. seamless car buying An appointment had been set up for me to see a new kia I didn't expect to see the owner of Coastal Kia but he can down and I was introduced to Mr.K An appointment had been set up for me to see a new kia I didn't expect to see the owner of Coastal Kia but he can down and I was introduced to Mr.Koballa he put me with a salesperson ( Tyler) and told me if I needed anything he would be in the building and to call upon him. he even valued my trade. Tyler took me for a test drive and I really really liked the soul s. Tyler didn't try to push me coax me in any direction, refreshing for sales, no hurry because I was their for about 4 hours maybe 5, none the less everyone held up with my questions looking at different models until I decided on the soul s. at time of making a decision on buying I probably got a bit feisty about price, percentage rate, and here comes Mr. Koballa asking if he could help and he did 4 people at the big counter talking rates and price and they came up with a solution and showed me what he could do and we made the deal working with finance mgr at this point Mr. McDonald even put me at ease with this process and this process is necessary and he covered all the bases which left me with no questions.. usually sometimes you leave a dealership with did I get a good deal I had no doubt that I got a good deal AND MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE. THIS PROCESS WAS SEAMLESS AND I REALLY ENJOYED MY TIME AT COASTAL KIA . THANKS PAT!!! TYLER!!!! HAYWOOD!! its not everyday you meet people that extend themselves to that end and its not everyday I get to meet a celebrity. Bob's Excellent care Had a left over issue from a previous service visit, my Cruise control was not fixed. Called in and talked with Sam, who said, bring it back. I'm working again, so getting there during the week was not possible. Even with the offer of the shuttle, I I couldn't make the 7:45 am departure, as I work downtown. So Saturday am at 8:05 was my choice. Had to wait for a part, so re-scheduled fro the next Saturday. Bob was so nice and helpful. Your waiting room was comfortable, and every employee who walked by, spoke and offered any assistance from coffee, etc. Thanks Kia. One question, I paid the $ 100 deductible, but should I have had to pay it again, as the Cruise control was part of the original visit? Just wondering? Also they washed my dirty car, thanks Kia. If I could buy a new car, I wold buy it from y'all! More
