Impersonal Salesman. "Dissed" before done. Went in to test drive and make an offer on a used Sportage. Jason was so kind, but couldn't work with us. Introduced us to another salesman who proceeded to mock the way my daughter greeted him. I was in a hurry to get to my spouse who is in the hospital. Wanted to be able to pick him up whenever he is released in a better, air conditioned vehicle. So, I was happy the experience didn't take long. I told him all I could pay. No deal. He asked if I would like to see another one he specified that might be in my price range. I said Yes, I would take a look at it. As soon as we walked out of his office, a woman said Excuse me sir. He stopped to to talk to her. We waited about 5 minutes. Then he went out with her. I thought he was trying to break away to show us the next car. It became clear he was done with us. So we left. He NEVER SAID THANK YOU FOR COMING IN. Or Let's keep trying to get you in something, or anything with a human touch. I don't know about the dealership as a whole, but I would not do business with S. again. More

Great service, low pressure buy Kevin and Michael were great! We went to test drive and ended up buying a Telluride.
