Wonderful staff and experience (as usual). The process started when I had my two Kia's (a Sportage and a Sedona) for their 60,000 mile check up. Bob Orr, Courtesy Driver. was very pleasant. He showed one to me as he was taking me home. Mr. Orr advised if I was interested in a 2019, I should contact Steve Kramer. Contact was made. I met Mr. Kramer today, who turned me over to Tyler. Tyler sold me a new Sedona! He was great to work with, and I was out of dealership in record time. Exciting to ring the cow bell!! Mike the Finance Manager was informative and I felt comfortable with his leadership. This is my fifth Sedona from Stevenson, now Coastal Kia, not counting two cars. I guess you can say I am a happy repeat customer. More

The service manager helped me by offering the shuttle service because I needed to leave my car to from everyone I encountered the day of my service.
