I did speak to our Service Manager Jason and your Advisor Daniel regarding your feedback and based on their feedback we have been in communication with you. They stated that unfortunately your extended warranty didn't cover some of the repairs your vehicle needed, which was truly out of our control; however, we are working with GM to get the remaining issues that are also not covered under your extended warranty handled.
