I took my Bolt EV in for a tire rotation as part of the regular scheduled maintenance. I had a special request to loosen the bolt holding the bike rack to the trailer hitch because the bolt was "frozen." T regular scheduled maintenance. I always bring my vehicle here for service. Maybe it's my fault with the many problems I've been encountering with customer service and finding a solution to my vehicle's problem.
