First time going since owner transition. I was helped by Charlie Diaz and he was very helpful. Also I appreciate Cesar for the fast ride back to work. I was helped by Charlie Diaz and he was very helpful. Also I appreciate Cesar for the fast ride back to work. More
This was a basic oil change service and I was a little surprised there was an additional service charged that we did not discuss or I approved. I picked up my truck at the end of the day and when I asked surprised there was an additional service charged that we did not discuss or I approved. I picked up my truck at the end of the day and when I asked for additional information about the charge nobody was available as they had gone home or weren’t available. Two recent changes I’ve seen in the dealership since the new ownership I hope they address is the return of the complimentary shuttle service and this review I am filling out has been sent to me over 10 times since I came in. I find it to be excessive in nature and paints a picture that extends way beyond corporate hoping to receive feedback about my service. It’s borderline spamming with the occasional feeling of being harassed. My suggestion would be to dial that outreach back a little. More
All went according to schedule. Helpful and friendly personnel from start to finish. Was so pleased that my car was cleaned inside and out! Love my Bolt! Helpful and friendly personnel from start to finish. Was so pleased that my car was cleaned inside and out! Love my Bolt! More

Sorry to know that the courtesy car service is no more. So, it cost me about $40 for 2 Uber trips to and from home to have an oil change that costs $100. Hmmmm. Makes you think about next time.
