i was in for an oil change and everything was top notch with one exception. Few issues 1. I left my car there for 11 days for Maintenance check. I had requested to make sure it was fully charged by pick up as I live 1 1/2 hrs away. When I picked it up, not charged delaying my return home by 1 hr. 2. I had informed tech that my right tire kept reading low PSI, asked to check for leak. not done. tires were rotated only, when I started my drive home, my dash immediately read fill tire with air. The two things I specifically asked to be addressed weren't. My paperwork suggested new tires needed. when I asked for a quote, they said they would text me, not done. If staff would have texted me while I was on vacation, I probably would have ordered 4 new tires, and had them replaced before pick up. You need to improve your service department , youre losing revenue. More

Even with an appointment I was there 2. 5 hours. I also asked to change my windshield wipers and they didn’t do it. I told George that it wasn’t done and he said that he’ll do it. I waite 5 hours. He forgot! Not good customer service to forget your clients like that! George also told me that my transmission fluid is leaking. I’m trying to figure out from where??? More
