Service advisor wasn’t rude but I would have to call to check in on my vehicle. I wouldnt get updates. Also Claimed chipped paint wasn’t their fault. service took forever and they didn’t offer a loaner car check in on my vehicle. I wouldnt get updates. The day I dropped off my vehicle they didn’t offer transportation service I had to ask how I could get a ride home. The sales people were super friendly and helped me figure out transportation issues More

Scheduled oil change at 9am, told I'd be out at 12 noon, latest.... then followed up at 1pm, told it would be ready at 2:30.....then followed up with no update or communication from staff that further delay latest.... then followed up at 1pm, told it would be ready at 2:30.....then followed up with no update or communication from staff that further delays.... Got my car back at 5pm ..... Jiffy lube does cheaper oil changes in an hour and will consider in future as 9-5 oil changes are a bit inconvenient for my schedule. More
