The service department is top-notch, and Daniel always does his best to get the service done on time. I set an appointment with them confirmed at 8:00 a. m. to have a mechanical issue diagnosed and fixed. Dropped off my vehicle and around 1:00 p.m. called back to get a status. And I was told; "they ar m. to have a mechanical issue diagnosed and fixed. Dropped off my vehicle and around 1:00 p.m. called back to get a status. And I was told; "they are working on it someone will call you back" at around 3:00 p.m. I called to get a status and was told that no "one had a chance to look at it yet and they probably weren't going to get through it today". And then when I went in to pick up my vehicle the person at the service desk looked at the screen and said "I'll go get your vehicle". He went and got it gave me my keys and that was it. They never said anything like "sorry we didn't honor your appointment today can you bring it back tomorrow"? Nothing. They just acted like I didn't even exist. I drove away thinking this is one of the strangest experiences I've ever had. More

I had the worst experience, sorry to say. I checked my car in early for the scheduled appointment in the morning; I was called in the afternoon and asked why I was a no-show. They had no idea I checked my car in early for the scheduled appointment in the morning; I was called in the afternoon and asked why I was a no-show. They had no idea where my paperwork or car was. Then I was stranded without a car and no communication from anyone for multiple days. When I finally was able to get my car, they still had no idea who I was. They had to hunt my keys and paperwork down, offered no explanation or apology, handed me my car keys to search their whole car lot for my car myself, only to find it boxed in and trapped between multiple dead cars. The experience was terrible, and I’m not even a mean person. I wasn’t treated right though at all. More
