Got my car back at 5pm ..... Jiffy lube does cheaper oil changes in an hour and will consider in future as 9-5 oil changes are a bit inconvenient for my schedule. More

The price of the NOx sensor, over $400...feels like gouging to me. This YouTube video shows that the sensor can be purchased RETAIL for about $150, and it's actually a very quick and easy job to replace the sensor, too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n14ozT8VTC4 Bottom line was the service was fast and convenient but significantly overpriced in my opinion. I am appalled at how they operate at this dealership. Me and my fiance had an appointment with a salesman today (Pedro) to see a car that was set the day before. We drove from Victorville to Santa Barbara to the dealership only to find out that some people who were walk-ins looked at the car before we got there and were making a deal on the car. I spoke to the manager about the situation and he replied that he would see what he could do, but he never came back to us with an answer. Needless to say, we drove 200+ miles for nothing because the walk-ins got the car and we got screwed! The give zero priority to people who make appointments. Not recommending this dealership to anyone. More
