The charger system on my 2013 Volt had stopped working, and I was getting nervous because I hadn't heard anything by 2 pm, but then Daniel called to tell me everything was done and my car was ready for pic and I was getting nervous because I hadn't heard anything by 2 pm, but then Daniel called to tell me everything was done and my car was ready for pickup! Service advisor wasn’t rude but I would have to call to check in on my vehicle. I wouldnt get updates. Also Claimed chipped paint wasn’t their fault. service took forever and they didn’t offer a loaner car check in on my vehicle. I wouldnt get updates. The day I dropped off my vehicle they didn’t offer transportation service I had to ask how I could get a ride home. The sales people were super friendly and helped me figure out transportation issues More
