I took my Bolt EV in for a tire rotation as part of the regular scheduled maintenance. I had a special request to loosen the bolt holding the bike rack to the trailer hitch because the bolt was "frozen." T regular scheduled maintenance. I always bring my vehicle here for service. Maybe it's my fault with the many problems I've been encountering with customer service and finding a solution to my vehicle's problem. If I knew of a mechanic who I could trust I wouldn't be returning. The communication from this dealership I feel needs work. I understand it's a new owner, but customers who feel they are putting their vehicle in the hands of a professional should get a lot more feedback and an explanation. Not a phone call from an employee who doesn't know what's going on. More
