Gianni was great, didn’t push but stayed engaged. I was looking for a specific vehicle. While I got what I pretty much wanted, It was Gianni that motivated me to buy. Sorry to know that the courtesy car service is no more. So, it cost me about $40 for 2 Uber trips to and from home to have an oil change that costs $100. Hmmmm. Makes you think about next time. The check in/check out was horrible. It was not at all clear where the line was. People "waiting by their cars", as instructed to do, were ignored while people who walked in the building were helped first. So much for doing what you're told. Inside there were 3 podiums with each one holding up a computer that was taller than the customer, so I had to lean around to access the minimal desk space to review and sign my service agreement. Horrible set up. I was notified my car was ready, so I walked there from a Starbucks, arriging 45 minutes later, but then I was told my car was still on the lift and the paperwork isn't ready. I was told to wait in the waiting area, but after another 20 or 30 minutes no one had come to the waiting area to get me, or anyone waiting there. I went out to the service area but at that point there was a mob of people not knowing where to line up, so I had to be assertive to get someone's attention. I was told the paperwork wasn't ready and the car's being watched and I should go back to the waiting area again. At that point I said I've been in the waiting area for 45 minutes and I could see my car in the lot. That prompted someone to look for my paperwork, which was ready. I was given to the cashier, but again, I was facing the back of a computer and I couldn't wee the reception unless we both stood aside of the computer podium. This was a horrible experience, and one that could be improved by establishing a customer flow into and through the process. That and accurate reporting - is the car being washed or sitting right there in the lot? Where is the paperwork that is always "being worked on"? and why is sending someone to the waiting area is akin to ignoring them unless they get up and insist on some answers as to what stage we are in the process. Shameful! More
