Cloninger Toyota

My wife and I purchased a 2013 Rav 4 from Cloninger Toyota. The suv is very nice, we haven't driven it much yet, but because of consumer reports and good reviews all around I don't see any forthcomin Toyota. We went to look for a new vehicle and a salesman met us in the lot as usual with dealerships. His name is Jeff Baldwin, very nice person and not a high pressure salesman. He was very informative about the suv we were considering, he answered all my questions accurately and pointed out details that I didn't know that were a plus in making a decision. The sales manager gave us what I consider a fair allowance on our trade-in. My wife and I are satisfied and would recommend this dealership to others. Salisbury NC is a small city and the dealership wants to maintain a close and satisfied relationship with its customers. More

Our salesman was Eli, he was very professional, polite, and accommodating. I had previously went to the Toyota dealership in the town of Fayetteville where I reside, and the salesman there was not as poli and accommodating. Eli's customer service was like night and day. He was very friendly. He worked with us and was very courteous.
