I have alsolutely no problem with my dealings with Mr. Belcher whatsoever. Everything went well until yesterday while I was out of state on vacation and received an e-mail from him stating that "the bank was not able to reach me as I had not given them a working number and they needed to speak with me before they could fund the car". When I returned home today, I e-mailed him the working number that I had given them the night of my purchase and I also sent him 2 references that were requested. We went to look for a new vehicle and a salesman met us in the lot as usual with dealerships. His name is Jeff Baldwin, very nice person and not a high pressure salesman. He was very informative about the suv we were considering, he answered all my questions accurately and pointed out details that I didn't know that were a plus in making a decision. The sales manager gave us what I consider a fair allowance on our trade-in. My wife and I are satisfied and would recommend this dealership to others. Salisbury NC is a small city and the dealership wants to maintain a close and satisfied relationship with its customers. More
