Great I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the courteous and helpful staff. I went in for a simple oil change, but when they found out that I had a recall on my new car, they told me I would have to come back for approximately two hours for them to determine if the part needed to be replaced. When they found out that I had already traveled an hour that morning for the oil change, they worked me in and it was only and additional hour. They felt that it would be inconvenient for me to come back and I was willing to wait. They offered the shuttle to me several times to take me to lunch to shopping, etc. But they were so quick and efficient, I didn't need that either. When I purchased the vehicle in July, my salesman was also great and I believe we were his first sale. He was so very nice. I am very pleased with the entire staff at Cloninger Toyota. More

Service is great. During routine maintenance of tire rotation they found a nail in my tire.
