Have always had my F150 services there since buying it there Always had my truck serviced there since buying it in 2012. Always had excellent service until yesterday. I was push for time. I declined having my tires rotated . I bought the tires elsewhere and they would rotate them for free. Also at checkout time I was told I needed a new battery and that my battery was very low. I just bought a new battery last week and I had it checked after I left the service center and it was fine. I was told my brakes would need replacing soon. Well they needed replacement now . Had them checked today and there was metal on metal. More

My opinion went from great to horrible after 5 years Overall I have had good customer service at Cloninger. But unfortunately my last visit there changed my feeling about their service. I have taken my Overall I have had good customer service at Cloninger. But unfortunately my last visit there changed my feeling about their service. I have taken my car there for 5 years; almost the entire time I’ve ownef my car, which I bought new. There was a recall that had to be done by 150k miles. I was informed about of this recall at 185k miles. If I have taken my care there every two months for 5 years for maintenance, why wasn’t this recall mentioned to me? Now a 185k miles when I am no longer eligible for it, it is mentioned to me. And at a cost of $2k dollars when I could have had it done for free under the recall. This now changes my opinion of their entire service. And now to fix the problem I am out a large sum of money. I just wanted to make an additional note. The review on this site forced me to pick an employee. In this case, I worked with Amanda. My review is more an issue with the service department process of notifying customers including Toyota. Amanda has been great to work with. She provided good customer service with a very friendly attitude. Again, this was not about Amanda at all. More
