I have bought several Toyota’s in the past 5 years at a large Toyota dealer in Charlotte and until my recent purchase experience at Cloninger I didn’t realize how bad the other place sucked. Jon instinctively knew right away I wasn’t into playing games and dealer run around. He cut to the chase, gave me his best deal. The paperwork and truck was ready when I got to dealership exactly as discussed no bs. I was out of the dealership in little over one hour. Amazing!! My wife and I left saying dang that was so easy and that it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Not just better - just way freaking better!
