Inexperienced install techs Called and made appointment for airbag replacement due to recall. Took Matrix and dropped it off a day early. Nice lady checked it in. Said it woul Called and made appointment for airbag replacement due to recall. Took Matrix and dropped it off a day early. Nice lady checked it in. Said it would be ready at 4pm next day. Next day, 2pm, a lady calls to tell me "that the techs have trouble reinstalling the dashes in the Matrix's because they haven't done many of them. So there's a chance that they may split the dash and a new one would be $1600." WTH! How can a free airbag replacement cost me $1600? "Well, maybe it would be a little less." So, two hours before I am to pick my car up, you are telling me this. The car has been there for nearly 24 hours. Why didn't you tell me about these reinstallment issues when I dropped the car off!!! Or better yet, when I called to make the appointment!!!! I drove 20 miles there to drop it off, arranged a ride home and back there the next day, and you can't replace the airbag without causing damage??? You know what... DON'T touch my car!!! I'll pick it up later and take it to another Toyota dealership that has experienced technicians!!! Oh, and by the way, this same dealership lied about rotating and balancing my tires on my Highlander a few years back. I always mark my tires!!! When I went to pick it up...the tires had not been done!!! This place is a joke!!!! The 3 Toyota's that I own were NOT purchased at this dealership and they will NEVER go back to this location to be serviced! More

Oil Change It was fine. I did not have to wait too long to get my oil changed. Just need to educate your service writers on there product info. They told me that It was fine. They told me that I need to think about a timing belt change witch is great info. But my car dose not have a timing belt it is a timing chain. Just need to work on that. I under stand thing sometimes happens I worked for dealerships before. But that kind of stuff maters to me. More
