Service experience People are great, but not fully satisfied with oil changes in the fast lane and what it has lead up to for oil changes now and in the future. Cloninge People are great, but not fully satisfied with oil changes in the fast lane and what it has lead up to for oil changes now and in the future. Cloninger is the only place that has done my oil changes since I purchased the car in January 2015. February of 2016 I think oil filter housing was replaced.(cross threaded)?. Then I had oil changed before I went to Massachusetts for a death in the family and when I got up there oil was leaking on my mothers driveway. Kind of strange because there were drippings from under the motor towards the back of the car.. the whole underneath was wet with oil. Bought some quarts of oil up there to make it back to nc. Got it back to Cloninger and they fixed it. Someone in fast lane forgot one of the O rings. Drove home and oil leaked again. Put oil in to make it back to Cloninger and oil leaked out on their floor that fast. To shortin it up now only one service technician can change my oil because they have to use an appoxy to seal it every time to prevent it from leaking. Again the people there are great, not sure why problem was not fixed correctly. Maybe they just wanted to get me back on the road quicker I don't know. More
