Some customers have Brand Loyalty and even Family loyalty to a dealership because of how they have been treated. Unlike a larger Flagship Dealership who has forgotten about Customer service I hope this dealership can maintain through the year and be nominated as The State Winner 2025 Dealer of the Year Just a Honda Customer and multiple Honda Vehicle owner with other family members. In our search for our first new car purchase, we had previously visited two other Honda dealerships in the area and Clinton Honda was the best by far. At the previous dealerships, they did not seem knowledgeable about the cars and urged us to purchase before December 31st. Upon arrival, Joe gave us a warm welcome and we knew would could trust him. Chris in finance helped us understand the financial side of things. There was never any pressure to purchase any add-ons, which we've heard can be a downside of dealerships. He was the consummate professional, providing information both on the dealership and the Honda Company. I was then directed to Bud Metz, Sales Consultant who brought me through the test drive, answered all my questions and helped me lease my new Honda CRV. Once my decision was made the final step was with Chris Callahan, Finance Manager, who smoothly and most efficiently brought me through the financial aspect of my deal. Part of my decision to now drive a Honda was to maintain a business relationship with the Kalafer Family. I have been a loyal customer of the Kalafer's for over 30 years and my experience at Clinton Honda has affirmed the reason I continue my loyalty to that great family and their dealerships. More

My first experience with Clinton Honda was during the COVID shutdown in 2019 where I negotiated and purchased my 2020 Pilot from the comfort of my home. I had an excellent buying experience at Clinton Honda. I went to them because unlike every other Honda dealer in my area I contacted, they do not install ANY mandatory dealer add-ons (e.g. pinstriping, VI I went to them because unlike every other Honda dealer in my area I contacted, they do not install ANY mandatory dealer add-ons (e.g. pinstriping, VIN etching, wheel locks) to pad their prices or make negotiation more onerous. They were also my Costco dealer. I worked with Wyatt, who was a helpful professional throughout the process, without hard-selling. When my preferred end-of-year model became unavailable, they offered me a different trim at an outstanding price, and made a reasonable offer for my trade-in (compared to the standing offers I had from the major car-buying sites). I financed the balance through Honda, and while of course I had to sit through the offers of limited warranties and the like, there were no high-pressure shenanigans when I said no. I will return to them unhesitatingly when it's time to buy a new Honda. More
