Ajay was able to work out the financing to my satisfaction, and I'm very demanding and hard to satisfy. I was told the wrong information regarding charges and amount I had to pay for basic diagnostic. I was told my car would need more diagnostic testing done and hub taken apart for sensor harness since they amount I had to pay for basic diagnostic. I was told my car would need more diagnostic testing done and hub taken apart for sensor harness since they couldn’t figure out what the problem was BUT if that testing led to other issues, I would be liable to pay for those issues. I was told my trunk was fixed but when I got home, it was not fixed. This isn’t a new issue and has recurred 4-5 times and I tried to explain that the main issues were all connected but they couldn’t figure it out. More
