The finance person who did the paperwork was speedy and competent. The salesperson worked harder trying to prepare me for the low trade-in offer than he did trying to sell the car. I've tried to make deals with Cliff Wall before, and I have found them to offer consistency low trade-ins. The sales people tell the same story every time: the dealership has to soak up costs for mechanical problems that were not apparent during the appraisal. I'm interested in seeing how the service department is. That usually makes or breaks it for me. More
