Hard to top this experience I'm a first time car buyer, at least from a dealership. I came in initially to lease, a new BRZ, but they had a used one on the lot. The sales person Will, helped me out incredibly, he's a great converser and overall just a great guy. Nick in the finance department was such a great help, laying everything out that I should be aware of when it comes to purchasing a vehicle, and the warranties that can come with it. Duane helped out greatly with giving me a more than reasonable trade-in estimate for my old car and exceeded my expectations in letting go of my old car. Withelp I believe I made a smart investment with my new vehicle. And I would gladly come back to Cliff Wall Subaru. More

Disappointed Took my vehicle in for a recall, a few days later i noticed a dark spot on seat that took me over an hour to remove. It appeared to be grease or oil. Took my vehicle in for a recall, a few days later i noticed a dark spot on seat that took me over an hour to remove. It appeared to be grease or oil. That shouldn't be found on a vehicle after being serviced, especially if it can damage the interior. I have also brought in my car for regular maintenance in the past. During which i was quoted one price over the phone but then had to pay a much higher price when i arrived. I am very disappointed with this dealer and will be taking my service elsewhere from now on. More
